Overall, their work was first-class. Very professional crew. When the job was finished, the replacement boards blended in with the old boards perfectly. The floors really look beautiful. There was an issue with the header boards, though, and we asked the owner to come out. He did and agreed that they were not done properly, suggested a solution, and the crew came out and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we lost more than 1 week’s time due to scheduling (including the hurricane delay). We now have scheduled Pinnacle to do the next section of refinishing floors in our house in a few weeks.
